Real Estate and Development
Our Real Estate and Development Division develops affordable and value-for-money residential and commercial properties to our clients. We buy land, design and build properties from scratch, or renovate existing ones to meet the needs of individuals, businesses, or communities.

Our Logistics Division provides total supply chain solutions (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs releasing) for international and domestic transactions through our reliable global and local network.

Hospitality
Seeing the huge potential of Siargao, the surfing capital of the Philippines, NexGen Asia invested in hotels in the area several years ago. Our Siargao Bed and Brew has become one of go-to places by locals and tourists alike.
Food and Beverage
Owing to our Founder’s heritage, NexGen Asia has also ventured into the F&B industry. We invested in several restaurants and cafes, as well as developed our own brand of lechon, snacks, and wine.
Finance
One of the newest additions to our Group of Companies, our Finance Division offers businesses and individuals currency exchange and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) services, bridge financing, and salary loans. We also have a collection agency that help corporate clients recover unpaid debts.
